At Nouri Gold Skin, each order is prepared with care and intention. Due to the nature of our small-batch body care products, all sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on body care products. This includes items that are opened, used, or tested after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

To request support, please email nourigoldskin@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (for damaged or incorrect items only) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items marked as final sale
