Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of body care products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if an error occurred with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds (for damaged or incorrect items only) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
